He went over all of the... read more issues found and gave me really good tips and feedback on feasibility and cost of future projects. We were able to do the inspection after some light rain, but since I got a radon test as well, Jeff scheduled to return after a heavier rain a few days later to recheck for moisture. He also provides a lifetime benefit so I can reach out in the future and get his advice on house projects. Original post: I didn’t work with Jeff, but he came highly recommended by my realtor. We had a great introduction call where he thoroughly answered all of my questions and made himself available via text for follow up questions I had. He even gave me a few tips afterwards, which I really appreciated. Super thorough and responsive guy who seemed very experienced!
